Contrary to what it may seem like, I am alive.

I didn't post anything for a loooong time now. I'm actually preparing my graduation animation, so the usual stuff had to wait. Don't have time to practice painting, I've been ultra busy writing my thesis and animating.
What I can show you are some test animations. I've been putting them up here and there, tumblr, behance, but honestly it's a big unorganized mess and I don't have the strength to clean it up. Just throwing it up here, too. Yeah.

Here's a process of a concept. Should have chosen the steps more carefully, but whaddyado. Will try to improve on it.

Sometimes I like to really push a piece as far as I can, deliberately stay with it longer than usual and see where I'll end up. It's kind of a status check that tells me a lot -  how far I got, what are the things I need to improve on.
It just so happens that the last two were chicks with bikes. Figures.
